These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fcoin mobile application and related services. By using Fcoin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You agree to use Fcoin only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to exploit or abuse the reward system by using bots, automation, multiple fake accounts, or other fraudulent activity.
F-Coins are a virtual reward used inside the app. Conversion rates, limits, and payout thresholds may change over time. We may review and adjust balances in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
Payouts through FIB, FastPay, USDT (Binance or OKX), or bank transfer require accurate information from you. Processing times may vary. We reserve the right to refuse or delay payouts if we detect unusual or suspicious behavior.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the system, or engage in fraud, without prior notice.
Fcoin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the app.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
